Calvin Li has been involved in the real estate sector since 2008, initially focusing on single-family homes. Over time, he has expanded his focus to include commercial multifamily housing, RV parks, senior assisted living, and recreational real estate. His expertise is underscored by a strong emphasis on underwriting, deal sourcing, business strategy development, and asset management. Additionally, Calvin is an investor in the natural resource sector.

Prior to entering the realm of commercial real estate, Calvin had a successful career as a mining and exploration geologist. He traveled extensively across South America, Australia, Central Asia, and the Caribbean during this period. Earlier in his career path were roles as a construction inspector for commercial buildings and an environmental scientist specializing in Phase I and Phase II due diligence along with hydrocarbon remediation projects.

These diverse experiences have formed a robust foundation of skillsets essential CRE investment. His unique professional journey allows him to approach real estate investments with a distinctive perspective, enabling him to identify unique investment opportunities across various asset classes.

Calvin holds a dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Geology and Geophysics along with a Master of Science degree in Economic Geology.

Amar is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, currently serving in a mid level senior executive leadership role at a Fortune 500 firm.

 

He is a key Principle for multiple projects, leveraging his extensive background in real estate, which includes a diverse portfolio and a robust network of seasoned professionals. Amar's impressive analytical skills allow him to assess investment opportunities effectively, aiming to maximize returns while preserving the principal for investors. His real estate ventures encompass over 1,000 doors in multifamily (self storage, and RV/mobile home parks (RV across various states, including Florida, Indiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Kansas and Alaska). 

 

Amar's expertise is further strengthened by his academic achievements. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University, which provides a solid foundation in engineering principles and their applications across industries. Currently, Amar is pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University, demonstrating his commitment to staying informed about the latest trends in the real estate industry.

Rod Khleif is a multiple business owner and philanthropist who is passionate about business, high performance, real estate and giving back. As one of the country's top real estate and peak performance luminaries, he has also owned over 2000 properties.

 

Rod Khleif soared from humble beginnings as a young, impoverished Dutch immigrant to incredible success. Rod's experience involves both remarkable triumphs, and spectacular failures, which he affectionately calls "seminars.' Rod will explain the mindset required to recover from losing $50 million dollars in the crash of 2008 to the success he enjoys today.
